REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Mz.Anne purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• With original tags still attached

• In original packaging

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED?

• Swimwear (all sales final for hygiene and health reasons)

• Items marked as final sale or clearance

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

1. Email us at Support@versatilesas.com within 30 days of receiving your order

2. We'll send you our return address and instructions

3. Ship the item back to us using any carrier

4. Keep your shipping receipt - we'll reimburse you!

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

• We process refunds within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

• You'll receive a full refund of the item price PLUS your return shipping cost

• Refunds go back to your original payment method

• Please note: Original shipping charges are not refundable
